Then the Basic Certificate in Project Management is just right for you!
This program is designed for individuals looking to enter the field of project management, as well as those who have gained initial experience and wish to further develop their skills. It is suitable for career changers, project staff, project assistants, prospective project managers, young professionals, entrepreneurs, trainees, and job seekers.
According to the guidelines of the IPMA (International Project Management Association), the course teaches the basics of project management. During the training, you will learn the most important concepts, methods, and project management tools for successfully planning, executing, and completing projects.
After six days of training with Andreas Brauchle, your trainer and coach, you will understand the 28 competency elements of ICB4 and be able to apply them in practice. You will be able to explain and apply relevant project management methods, recognize connections, and derive appropriate measures. You will understand the language of project management.
If you decide to pursue certification at a later date, you will be well prepared for the exam. Nothing will stand in your way when registering for the IPMA Level D exam.
Earning the Basic Certificate in Project Management is the ideal introduction to project management.

With the e-learning course, you can study flexibly at your own pace, without having to stick to a fixed schedule. If you have any questions, your personal coach will be on hand to help.
Should you encounter any learning difficulties during the course, you can switch to the next face-to-face or virtual live course. The e-learning course fee will be credited in full.
If you are part of a group of two or more participants from the same company, you will receive a discount on the course fees.
